LRS40 FIELD COMMISSIONING AND REPLACEMENT GUIDE
Record LRS40-7TX/3SFP/1C and order number 942328003 before isolating or replacing the switch.
PRE-COMMISSIONING CHECK
- Verify the 24 VDC supply is within 9.6–32 VDC.
- Map all seven copper ports, three SFP positions and the combo port.
- Confirm SFP wavelength, fiber type, reach and connector cleanliness.
- Export the HiEOS Layer 2 configuration and record the device inventory.
- Label VLAN, uplink and time-synchronization connections.
FAULT ISOLATION
Check the terminal block, link LEDs, copper patch leads, SFP seating, fiber polarity, VLAN membership and management access in sequence. The combo interface shares a logical port, so verify whether copper or fiber is intended before diagnosing a missing link.
